Roasting is a modern thermal treatment method that combines heating soybeans at temperatures of approximately 250°C followed by controlled cooling.
During the process, the grain structure is transformed: undesirable compounds are deactivated, protein becomes more digestible, and the nutritional value is fully unlocked. As a result, soybean feed ingredients achieve the quality standards required by modern livestock production.

Soybean roasting process
Fenix Agro provides a complete soybean processing cycle. We operate Mecmar equipment that has been further enhanced by our engineering team. This allows us to deliver not simply roasted soybeans, but a product that meets the highest feed industry standards.
1. Soybean loading
Soybeans are loaded into the roasting unit.
2. Roasting at 250°C
Anti-nutritional compounds are effectively deactivated.
3. Cooling
Product stabilization and preservation of nutritional value.
4. Crushing (optional)
Adjustment of the crusher settings to obtain the required particle size and subsequent grain processing.
5. Quality verification
Monitoring and control of urease activity.
