The year 2022 became a challenge that prompted the Company to enter foreign markets. The company exports products to Europe by rail, sea and road transport directly to the destination.

We operate through:

  • supplies to Ukrainian trading companies;
  • direct exports.

We cover the full range of relevant product categories:

  • raw material components (including feed ingredients);
  • food grains;
  • products of the oilseed processing industry:
  • oilseed meal;
  • oilcake;
  • edible oils;
  • oils for biodiesel production.

Fenix Agro has three subsidiaries in Europe:
Phoenix FeedFood Poland (Poland), Baltic FeedFood (Estonia), Phoenix Feedfood Italy S.R.L (Italy).

Markets and business strategy

Since 2013, Fenix Agro has focused on strategically increasing market share. During this time, we achieved steady growth in sales,
 the average annual growth of which was 36%. The highest level of sales was in 2019, the lowest - in 2022. At the same time, a sharp drop in the volume of sales is not observed even today.

2020 was a year of strategic changes for the Company. We have moved from a penetration approach to an elevation strategy  efficiency of commercial activity. Even with a 27.5% drop in sales in 2021 due to reduced sales of some products, Fenix Agro has maintained a stable cash flow. The EBITDA indicator increased by 67.1%, which confirms the continuous improvement financial efficiency and managerial productivity.

In 2022, the Company shifted its focus to international markets, which proved to be yet another successful operational and financial decision. The following year, the sales growth momentum continued. EBITDA increased by 25.2% and reached its peak since the change in strategy. In 2024, the Company demonstrated growth in sales and operational efficiency, showcasing its flexibility and ability to adapt to any conditions. This indicates a correctly chosen course amid turbulence in the grain market in the last 4 years.
