Oil and Meal Production
Production is a logical extension of Fenix Agro's business activities. With extensive experience in trading grains and oilseeds, the company is developing a new direction focused on the production of vegetable oils and meals in cooperation with leading oil-processing plants in Ukraine.
Partnerships with market leaders allow the company to manage the entire value chain — from raw material supply to sales of finished products. Within this business segment, we operate using toll-processing schemes, organizing the full processing cycle of oilseeds into finished products — vegetable oils and meals.
Production is based on modern technologies and equipment supplied by leading global manufacturers, ensuring process stability, quality control, and compliance with international market requirements.
Products
Sunflower Oil
Unrefined oil produced by extraction from sunflower seeds of Ukrainian origin. Complies with international standards for further export operations.
Rapeseed Oil
A product obtained from rapeseed processing on modern extraction lines for further use in the food industry and biofuel sector. Export of rapeseed oil is one of the key areas of the Ukrainian agribusiness sector.
Soybean Oil
Natural vegetable oil characterized by versatile applications and stable demand on both domestic and export markets. The oil increases feed energy value and improves feed digestibility.
Sunflower Meal
Protein-rich pelleted by-product of sunflower processing, widely valued in livestock farming as a core feed component and in other industries. Distinguished by a balanced composition and high nutritional value for feed formulations.
Rapeseed Meal
By-product of rapeseed processing with elevated protein and fiber content. Used in livestock and poultry farming as a nutritious feed ingredient complementing feed rations.
Soybean Meal
One of the most nutritious protein meals with high protein and amino acid content. Widely used in compound feed production for poultry, pigs, and cattle due to its high digestibility.
Production Features
Infrastructure
We cooperate with leading processing plants equipped with advanced multi-seed crushing and extraction lines for sunflower, rapeseed, and soybean processing. Ship and rail loading operations are organized directly from production facilities. This reduces unnecessary stages within the supply chain, improves logistics control, and accelerates product delivery to customers.
Production Relevance
Ukraine is one of the world's largest producers and exporters of sunflower meal and sunflower oil (40.2% and 35.6% respectively). Therefore, we focus on multi-crop processing – sunflower, rapeseed, and soybeans. Raw material diversification allows us to operate independently from seasonal factors and adapt raw material sourcing according to favorable market conditions without being limited to a single crop.
Quality Control
The quality of finished products begins with high-quality raw materials, which Fenix Agro guarantees already at the procurement stage. This allows us to turn processing into a value-added production process delivering products with high performance characteristics confirmed by independent laboratory testing.
Product Sales
Vegetable oil is one of the key export products of the Ukrainian agricultural sector; therefore, the majority of production is directed to foreign markets. Shipments are carried out by rail and sea transport through an established system of cooperation with trading partners and logistics operators.
Sunflower, rapeseed, and soybean meals are sold both in Ukraine and abroad. On the domestic market, the products are used in compound feed production and livestock farming, while export deliveries are supplied to end buyers in Italy.
