According to the assessment of competences, an individual employee development plan for the coming year is formed.
For newcomers, we have a specialized integration training track. This program is aimed at quickly and efficiently mastering the basic skills required to work in our team. It helps newcomers to adapt to the company, get acquainted with the corporate culture and key processes.

The dream does not get old
What do grandparents dream about? The only luxury known to us is the luxury of human communication. This is what grandparents from the home for the elderly miss so much, and it is this communication that the Company's employees give them before every New Year. We collect New Year's gifts and souvenirs for each pensioner, then we go to visit to have a tea party with the elderly, play board games, paint and hug them.
Give the child happiness
There are so many babies in the world. Their hearts are devoid of parental love and family warmth. And even more impressive are children with physical disabilities who are left alone with their problems.
Helping children is one of the Company's priority areas of charitable activity. Actions to help children have already become an annual tradition. The Company's employees collect humanitarian aid and funds for the necessary things for orphans.
Fenix Agro Generation
Fenix Agro strives to develop talented youth and train real specialists. For eight years in a row, we have been inviting students with an active lifestyle to try themselves in real business conditions and gain invaluable work experience in a commercial company. The internship applies to young people - students who share our values, are able to learn and adapt quickly, show leadership qualities, diligence and initiative.
A planet without trash
An important part of the ecological lifestyle of Fenix Agro employees is a responsible approach to waste sorting. The Company is implementing the "Planet without garbage" project. A training lecture was held for employees, and containers for plastic, paper and residual waste were installed in the office premises.
