Fenix Agro PE has successfully undergone an external audit of its financial statements for the year ended 2024.

The audit was conducted by Crowe Erfold Ukraine — a member of the global Crowe Global network — which confirmed the reliability and compliance of our financial statements with current legislation. The audit was carried out in accordance with international standards for audit quality control.

The auditors’ report states:

“The accompanying financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Company as at 31 December 2024, its financial performance and cash flows for the year then ended, in accordance with the National Accounting Standards (NAS) and comply with the requirements of the legislation governing their preparation.”

The publication of the audit results is an important confirmation of our accountability, transparency and stability. We conduct our financial activities transparently whilst working to improve internal procedures to maintain high standards of corporate governance.
