We are pleased to announce that Fenix Agro PE has successfully passed the external audit of its financial statements for 2023 in accordance with the National Accounting Standards (Standards).

The audit was conducted by Crowe Erfold Ukraine, which is part of the Crowe Global network and operates in accordance with international standards of audit quality control approved by the Audit Chamber of Ukraine. This confirms that our financial statements fully comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine".

This audit confirms not only our compliance with strict national and international standards, but also our ability to maintain high quality financial reporting. This is another confirmation of the Company's reliability, which emphasizes our efforts to ensure transparency and integrity in all aspects of our business.
